Ivo Schweizer is the person behind Qahira. Interacting and negotiating have been his strengths since childhood. Even as a six-year-old, he enjoyed playing at the market stall. Talking to customers, negotiating, building a consensus or finding a fair compromise fascinate him just as much as using his factual and social knowledge to find solutions. Ivo Schweizer's CV shows more than 15 years as CEO, COO, and Consultant in several companies with a focus on corporate strategy. He is known as a doer, a thinker who takes decisive action, someone who likes to create, optimize and push things. One of his attributes is not only putting strategies into action, but also listening at eye level, as a constructively critical, but also empathically acting counterpart. And last but not least, it is important to him that humour is always present. Regardless of whether it's a crisis or not. The head, he says, must always stay above water.
